About four minutes. Read the part above the form first, it explains why we ask what we ask.
You have filled out a lot of forms this year. Some of them twice, for the same job, under a different req number.
Most of them asked you to retype your career into boxes, and we are not going to do that to you. We read LinkedIn for the history. What we ask here is the part LinkedIn does not carry: what you actually want next, what you would confidentially explore if the right call came, where you would go, and what it would take.
There are two of us and we read every one of these ourselves. If something on this form does not fit your situation, skip it or write it in the last box and we will pick it up on the call.
Your submission is not published anywhere and not visible to clients. It sits with us.
If something in your LinkedIn is costing you calls, we will tell you.
If anything changes, reply to your confirmation and we update it.
Confirmation is on its way to . Your record is with us and nowhere else. Nothing is posted, nothing goes to a client, and nobody reads it but the two of us.
We will not write every week. We write when there is a role you would actually want. Depending on the role, we may also have suggestions on how to update your LinkedIn profile or resume. If any of it changes, the roles or the cities or the number, reply to that confirmation and we fix the record the same day.
A calling is identity. A job is a transaction.
